Refund Policy

We always want you to love your order! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. We can not guarantee that your request will be successful unless the damage occurred prior to delivery, however, we will try our very best to approve your request.

Eligibility for automatic approval of return request: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Personalised cases are also non-refundable unless defective.

How does the refund process work?

  1. Contact us at the form located on the bottom of our home page with your order number and reason for return, including any extra information you would like to share that will help us understand.

  2. If you have been notified of a successful request, you will be provided a return address which you can use to send the product back to us. (Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective/damaged > this will be expressed in your request's response).

  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
